Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Porsy. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
Porsy analyzes meal photos and helps you record estimated calories, macronutrients, weight, and nutrition goals. Features may change as the service develops.
Nutrition estimates are not medical advice
Porsy's image analysis and nutrition values are estimates. They may be incomplete or wrong and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary decisions, especially if you have allergies, diabetes, an eating disorder, or another health condition.
Your account
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access to it secure. Provide accurate information, do not share access improperly, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Porsy Plus subscriptions
New AI meal-photo analysis requires an active Porsy Plus subscription. Monthly and annual plans provide the same feature access with no fixed analysis quota. Service availability and the acceptable-use rules below still apply. The price and billing period shown by Apple before purchase are the terms for your storefront.
Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and Apple may charge the renewal within that period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies. Deleting your Porsy account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
Acceptable use
You may not use Porsy to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Break laws, harm others, or violate another person's privacy.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service security.
- Use automated access except where Porsy has explicitly permitted it.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos and information you submit. You grant Porsy a limited permission to host, process, resize, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service for you.
Availability and termination
We may suspend or discontinue parts of Porsy and may restrict accounts that create security, legal, or abuse risks. You may stop using Porsy at any time and request deletion of your account data.
Disclaimers and liability
Porsy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accurate nutrition results. To the extent permitted by law, Porsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to legal@yedim.net.
