Public data review
Nutrition references
A curated, traceable catalog used to anchor meal estimates. Every nutrient value is normalized per 100 g and links to the exact USDA FoodData Central record used.
How to read this catalog
Source values are calories and macronutrients reported by the linked USDA record for 100 g of the specifically described food.
Default servings are Porsy conveniences for estimation. Actual portions and preparation can materially change a meal’s nutrition.
Coverage is deliberately curated rather than exhaustive. Foods without a close reference are estimated by the analysis model and are not represented as catalog-backed values.
