Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. If possible, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Porsy version, and a screenshot. Please do not email passwords, full payment details, or sensitive health information.
Subscriptions and billing
Porsy Plus purchases are billed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings and use Restore Purchases in Porsy if access is missing. Apple handles App Store refunds and payment issues.
Account and privacy
You can permanently delete your Porsy account from the Profile tab in the app. For details about how Porsy handles information, read our Privacy Policy.
